Processing Time All products are made-to-order and printed especially for you. Orders typically take 2-7 business days to produce before shipping.
Shipping Times
Domestic (United States):
- Economy Shipping: 5-10 business days after production
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after production
International (Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and other countries):
- Standard International Shipping: 10-21 business days after production
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking Information Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at stillhere@slowcollapsestudio.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
